Michael GENIN

Thinking partner for transition moments

You’re not stuck.
You’ve outgrown your current life.
I help you understand what’s next — and make a decision.

Why work with me?

People usually come to me at the point where their old answers stop working. From the outside, everything can look fine — work, business, projects. But inside, there’s a sense that this isn’t how you want to keep living.
And it’s not yet clear what you want instead.

Who I am

I’m not a therapist and I don’t give advice. For many years, I worked in media, built businesses, launched startups, and made documentary films.I’ve seen how decisions are made —
and where they lead.
I’m a certified coach and business consultant.ICF member

What I offer

I don’t sell motivation or universal frameworks.I’m a thinking partner.
I work with people at the point where old decisions no longer work, and new ones are not yet clear.
As a result:
— you cut through months of confusion
— avoid expensive mistakes
— make decisions before the situation forces them on you
— build a clear path forward
Before we start, we have an initial conversation. We clarify your situation,
see whether I’m the right fit,
and decide whether it makes sense to work together.
---Ways of workingStrategic calibration
3 sessions, about one month
€1200
Ongoing support
6–10 sessions, 2–3 months
€2000–3000
I don’t take everyone into ongoing work.
Sometimes one calibration is enough.
